The developer is really unhelpful, so I would look elsewhere where support is prioritised. I have bought this app twice: Apple and Android. My Google account was hacked and deleted without me knowing and the developer has flatly refused to help me reinstate the app under a new Google account. I have provided the Google Play order number and the developer has acknowledged that he knows I have paid, but he doesn't care and expects me to pay again. I'm done. Search for myCarly.
