From searching for a seminar to making a reservation and making a firm booking – the ifb app accompanies you as a works council, representative for the severely disabled or a member of the economic committee right up to the start of the seminar and beyond. With your personal "my ifb" account, you as a representative of your company carry all the information you need about attending the seminar practically in your pocket. After the seminar, you have access to the photos and flipcharts - so you will have good memories of the seminar experience and the knowledge content.

Have you discovered a seminar in our current catalogues, programs or flyers? With the camera symbol in the ifb app, you simply scan the red information field on the seminar page and all the details, current dates and locations of your desired seminar are displayed directly.

Which seminar would you like? In the app, select the topic and the desired location and time period and find your desired seminar quickly and easily. Are you still undecided as to which location you would like to attend a seminar at? Then simply use our multiple selection for ifb locations or use the area search to display all seminar locations in your desired region on the map!

Have you found the right seminar? Then you can reserve or book it directly in the app and always follow the current status of your seminar under "my ifb", your personal account.

As a works council and interest representative, you can keep an eye on your reserved, booked and completed seminars in your personal account! On the overview page, you can convert a reserved seminar into a booking with just one click. The status of your seminar is displayed in real time. On the respective seminar pages you will find details on the seminar content and schedule as well as information on the speakers and the weather at the seminar location and directions to the seminar hotel. After your seminar, you can also call up available pictures and flipcharts here.

++Personal profile and list of participants++
Unlock your personal profile with information about your role as a stakeholder. After your personal profile has been approved, you can view the list of participants for your seminar in advance.

++Manage personal data++
In your "my ifb" account, under Profile, you can Edit your personal data and hotel preferences and change your password.

++ Automatic notifications / push notifications ++
When does your (online) seminar start? How is the weather at the seminar location? Are the pictures and flipcharts already available? Stay up to date with our notifications.

++Transfer seminar date to calendar++
With just one click you can transfer the dates of your seminar to your desired calendar and have all the information at a glance.

Simply click on the hotel address and your integrated navigation app will show you the way to the seminar location. With just one click you can also call the hotel directly or go to the hotel website!
