Four training modes:
• Apnea Training – Inhale, hold your breath, exhale. Optimal intervals for maximum performance improvement.
• Pranayama – Four-phase breathing for relaxation and preparation right before snorkeling or freediving.
• Cyclic – Cyclical breathing training in rounds with hold and recovery phases that specifically increases your CO₂ tolerance.
• Custom Pro – All four phases freely adjustable from 0 to 240 seconds for competitive athletes.

The smart Performance Index automatically adjusts training times to your level—you'll improve without having to do the math yourself. Visual and audio cues (voice prompts and haptic feedback) guide you through each phase. No need to think—just train.

Stopwatch & Progress:
With the built-in apnea stopwatch, you can measure and save your best breath-hold attempts. Track your personal bests on weekly, monthly, or yearly charts and share special milestones with friends.

Logbook for real dives:
Record your freedives with location, duration, max depth and notes — with location suggestions, and depth in meters or feet. Your training sessions appear in the logbook too.

Widgets & Health Connect:
Three home screen widgets show your streak, weekly goal and today's training status at a glance. Completed sessions can be saved to Health Connect as mindful minutes.

Motivating Streak System:
Stay on track and dive deeper and deeper. Maintain your daily workout streak, advance through deeper and deeper zones, and earn over 35 awards for consistency, volume, and personal records. If you miss a day, a "Freeze" joker will save your streak. Share your unlocked achievements and new personal bests with a single tap as a beautiful image on your social media.
