ABPortal

ABPortal is the mobile companion app for your own ABPortal installation – the customer portal that your company or service provider operates for you.

HOW IT WORKS

On first launch, simply enter the address of your ABPortal installation (e.g., portal.yourcompany.com). Then log in with your existing credentials – including support for two-factor authentication, if enabled. The app

automatically displays your installation's logo, title, and colors, so it feels instantly familiar.

YOUR AREAS

The areas you see depend on your installation and permissions – and will expand over time to include additional areas. Already included:

• Notes – create, edit, and delete your personal notes, accessible from anywhere.

• Tickets – keep track of assigned tickets, including project, priority, description, and full history.
