Load a blocked website and solve math questions to gain access. Define the difficulty and number of questions. Support the developer by sending a donation through the in-app PayPal link. Exactly what i wanted. Details like being unable to reduce number or difficulty of questions during a block makes me think the guy who wrote this struggles similarly to me. Thanks you my dude. If there's a github, let me know, I'd love to contribute.

Almost, but not quite. No option to leave blocker on, have to go into extension and manually set 'timer' for each site, every time.

Very effective at keeping me away from Facebook, but might need some timer options and more difficult math options.
