2024-05-09	Ar*****	In reality, it never worked. Sure, there are people answering questions and driving around. But, that's only to DC govt standards. In reality, it's an idea that fails in real life. Unless you can wait 30+ minutes for a ride that may not arrive 50% of the time.

2023-06-11	Mu*****	The DC connect unreliable I waited a whole hour for my driver to come pick me up the driver drives pass me I called customer care they tell me the drivers not taking no More riders I feel like if that's the case cancel cancel when you realize you're not going to pick me up that way I'm not waiting I'm exhausted I'm getting off of work and the fact that they about to start trying to charge somebody in July I'm trying to figure out how that's even going to work customer service is the worst

2023-06-09	Jo*****	Would give 0 stars if it was possible. They don't reply to support messages, rarely answer calls, and they don't even acknowledge concerns when emailed. Drivers take a while and often use driving time to go shopping. I sometimes see the car icon stopped near a Walmart or Safeway for 20+ minutes. I have waited for late drivers and noticed shopping bags in the front cabin.
