There's no way of knowing if the job has been booked and I can't cancel this. The app doesn't dive the address I'm searching for, (precise from Google)booking rejected.waste of time

2023-12-21	Al*****	Poor app experience - booked using location, ride was declined asking me to say where I was. Attempted to rebook, booking disappeared from the app. Booked from a different company smoothly, get a notification from Blue Star saying my taxi is about to arrive. Go to the app to cancel, the cancel button doesn't work. Call them or use a different company.
