PQRST Learn

PQRST Learn is an educational app designed for medical students, healthcare professionals, and teachers who want to learn how to interpret electrocardiograms (ECGs) in a guided and interactive way.

🫀 REAL-TIME ECG CAPTURE
Connect an ESP32 + AD8232 module to your phone via Bluetooth BLE and view the live heart signal. Compatible with the Nordic UART Service (NUS) protocol and a sampling rate of 200 samples per second.

📊 AUTOMATIC SIGNAL ANALYSIS
The integrated algorithm automatically detects R waves, calculates heart rate (BPM), RR intervals (average, minimum, and maximum), and evaluates rhythm regularity. The results are presented clearly and instructively.

📁 IMPORT CSV RECORDS
Don't have the hardware? Import CSV files from your device, compatible with the MIT-BIH format. You also have integrated synthetic signals (normal, tachycardia, bradycardia, atrial and ventricular fibrillation) for practicing without equipment.

👩‍⚕️ PATIENT AND APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT
Create and manage patient records with their clinical data and medical history. Link appointments to each patient with symptoms, vital signs, and notes. Quick search by name and secure deletion with confirmation.

📑 EXPORTABLE PDF REPORTS
Generate professional reports in PDF format with patient data, appointment summary, ECG graph, and analysis results. Share reports via email, Google Drive, or print them directly.

📚 INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Explore PQRST waves with interactive guides: learn the meaning of each wave (P, QRS, T, U), the PR and QT intervals, and the ST segments. Discover the anatomy of the heart with its four chambers and conduction system (SA node, AV node, bundle of His, branches, and Purkinje fibers).

🔒 PRIVACY AND SECURITY
All data remains on your device. PQRST Learn works 100% offline, without requiring an internet connection. Passwords are stored using bcrypt hash and never in plain text. A user and administrator role system controls access.

🌙 PERSONALIZATION
Built-in dark mode with instant switching. Available in Spanish and English without needing to restart the app.
