C4-MojeFirma

C4-MojeFirma is a CRM and system for managing companies, projects and orders for sole proprietors, small and medium-sized businesses. The mobile application gives you contacts, business cases, tasks, calendar and mail at hand even outside the office. Everything you do on your phone is immediately transferred to the web version.

WHAT THE APPLICATION CAN DO

• Business cases (CRM) — a bulletin board of deals by stages, amounts, next step. You can call or write with one tap and immediately write down how the meeting went.
• Contacts and companies — history, phone, email, new contact or company directly from your phone. Just take a picture of a business card and the data will be filled in by itself.
• Tasks and projects — your tasks for today, tasks you have assigned, the project tree and orders. You can complete a task with one tap or assign it to a colleague.
• Calendar — day, week and month, with meetings, location and guests. You can create a new meeting by tapping a free hour.
• Email — your mailboxes in one place, writing with signature and templates, attachments from your phone and from records in the system.
• Notes — quick cards that later become tasks.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL

In the basement, on a construction site, on the train. The last data loaded remains available and what you write will be sent automatically as soon as the signal returns. If someone else has changed the same record in the meantime, the application will show you both versions and let you decide — it will never overwrite anything silently.

NOTIFICATION OF THE ESSENTIAL

The phone will ring before the start of a meeting and when you have new mail. You set what you want to be interested in yourself.

MULTIPLE COMPANIES IN ONE APPLICATION

Do you work for multiple companies? The application remembers all the ones you belong to, and you can switch between them with one tap.

WHO IS IT FOR

For anyone who manages business, orders or projects — from an individual to an entire team. You need a C4-MyCompany account to use the app.
