Absolutely terrible service. We reported the constant connection dropouts, reset the router, contacted the ISP, and even connected the TV directly by Ethernet cable during the World Cup. It still kept disconnecting constantly. We tried everything on our end, and nothing helped. This is simply unacceptable. An absolute disaster of a service. I’ve cancelled my subscription.
