As a customer, you search for a specific service and then choose from the offer of providers.
Providers are sorted from the closest. You add a service with a predetermined price to your cart and pay. You agree on a date for the implementation with the provider. Payment for the service will be transferred to the provider only when you confirm that the service has been performed flawlessly.
If you do not agree on a date with the provider, your payment will be refunded. The same applies if the service is not performed. Your payment is safe with us.
As a provider, you select the services in the catalog that you want to offer to customers and enter your price. You can also suggest new services for our catalog. As soon as a customer purchases your service, you will receive information with a proposed implementation date.
When the service is flawlessly completed and mutually confirmed, we send you payment for the service (less the brokerage fee).
We handle the invoicing of the customer for you, so you don't have to deal with the administration.
