so far so good, way much better compared with similar app

after several attempts to receive a response from support I will try here. I have two of three cameras that will not show the photos recorded but always states it is full. shows loading for 10 minutes or longer. How can i delete the photos? The photos will not delete on two of the three phones. I deleted & reinstalled the app on both but they still will not delete or allow me to view them . it always shows loading when I select to view. any suggestions?
