User Reviews

The app itself, the related cloud service and the device under control (Netio 4) share the same trait - they are unreliable and do not behave deterministically. Sometimes, it connects after power on, sometimes not. Sometimes, cloud service is down without prior notice and their support acknowledges that they do a maintenance. Often, the device gets stuck and only power cycling helps. I have the device for over one year and I cannot recommend it for anything important or even mission critical.
