Reakce na odpověď: Nepíšu, že je potřeba kupovat dvě jízdenky, ale ukazovat revizorovi/průvodčímu dvě jízdenky, protože Poseidon o salinkarte pro Brno neví. Další problémy: aplikace nedovoluje vyplnění hesla ze správce hesel. Heslo jsem zapomněl. Obnovení postrádá základní prvky jako nutnost zadat heslo 2x. Zkoušel jsem obnovit heslo asi 5x, stejně jsem se nedokázal přihlásit. Celkově nejhorší IDS aplikace s jakou jsem se doposud setkal.

Neumí Google Pay. Zadávání čísla karty je neergonomické.

Aplikaci používám velmi často a už v recenzi z roku 2022 jsem upozornil, že při nákupu roční jízdenky nejde celá její platnost zadat do nastavení, protože to aplikace neumožní. Maximum je stále 1. leden následujícího roku. Je to hloupé a nedává to žádný smysl!!! Pokud koupím v aplikaci jízdenku a následně se chci vrátit klikáním na tlačítko zpět, aplikace se "rozsype" (také nevyřešeno). Problém s datumem jsem psal i na IDS JMK a odpověď byla tak hloupá a nicneříjající, že jsem se akorát naštval.
