Thanks to a clear and user-friendly application, clients have secure online access to their complete electronic health documentation. It contains all their health data, medical reports and examination results. It also includes a list of all prescribed medications, including their recommended dosage and available package leaflets for specific medications.

Users can also use an overview of examination dates with detailed information on when and where the examination takes place, which doctor will perform it and, if necessary, with instructions for preparing for the examination. The app's notification always reminds clients in time that they have an appointment with their doctor.

Using the application, it is possible to communicate directly with the reception and the Health Plus non-stop call center and also use a special communication channel, through which clients can send their requests or questions to the polyclinic staff at any time, who will immediately arrange everything necessary. In the future, it will be possible to communicate with specific doctors via video call or chat via the application.

In addition, the mobile program allows account sharing, so it is possible to switch between the accounts of spouses or parents and children. This can be useful, for example, when traveling abroad. When a family member falls ill, it is possible to access their complete health records anywhere in the world and transfer the data to the attending physicians so that they can provide the patient with optimal medical care.

At the moment, the 1st version of the Health Plus application is available, which will be further developed and gradually offer other useful services, such as the creation of clear graphic curves showing various health factors, so that clients can have an overview of how their health is currently developing state. In the future, it will also make available the so-called telemedicine and telemetry options, which enable the solution of minor health problems remotely or ensure long-term monitoring of functions without the client having to come to the doctor's office.

Thanks to the application, users can have access to the most modern health care directly on their mobile phone. Health data is very sensitive information, therefore, in addition to the login name and password, the application can be locked with an additional PIN code.

If clients have any problems with downloading, activating or using the application, they can contact the reception of the Health Plus polyclinic at any time, which will solve their problems as soon as possible.
