Hotlink for Locus Map

The add-on adds the ability to quickly send the center of the screen to another map application. This feature can also be added to the sidebar.

For car navigation, it directly triggers navigation to a point, it triggers navigation directly to a point, this is the main difference from the similar function in Locus (Share).

Supported apps are: Mapy.cz, Google Maps, Orux Maps, Sygic, Waze, WindyMaps, 'Pre-selected app' and chooser. The vehicle manufacturer's application can be preselected, e.g. Mercedes Me, etc.

After adjusting the settings, Locus Map must be restarted (including shutting down in recently opened applications).
