Bug Out Bag is a gear checklist for trips, longer journeys and evacuation. Tick off what you already have at home. The app shows how prepared you are and estimates the cost of what is still missing.

Why pack ahead? Because searching for gear at the moment you urgently need it is too late. Here the whole list sits together in one place.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Three weight variants by goal: Light, Medium and Full. From a small backpack basic kit to a complete evacuation loadout.
• Readiness indicator in percent and a price total of what is still missing.
• Environment: river, mountains, forest, city. The list adapts and adds specific items.
• Season: summer, spring/autumn, winter. Extra seasonal gear and clothing.
• Who is going: solo man, solo woman, couple, group. A couple shares common gear (tarp, stove, tools), the app counts pieces and prices correctly and helps split everything into two bags.
• Price tiers (budget, standard, premium) and a choice of shop types. Prices are rough estimates for quick orientation, not a live price list.
• Every item links to a shop search, with an option to prefer brick and mortar stores nearby.
• Custom items with their own checkbox and price.
• Export the list to PDF or paper via print.
• 5 languages: Czech, English, German, Polish, Ukrainian. Currencies CZK, EUR, USD, GBP, PLN.
