User Reviews

Users appreciate Bonami's curated product selection and the helpfulness of its team, but face significant issues with language support and app navigation. Many reviews note that the app defaults to Czech regardless of location, causing inconvenience. Filtering and sorting are limited, complicating product searches. Customers also report problems with order tracking and higher prices compared to competitors. Payment difficulties and lack of smooth communication further detract from the experience. Overall, while the products are liked, the app functionality requires substantial improvement to meet user expectations.

Bonami is recognized for having an amazing corporate culture and a helpful, creative team.
The app facilitates browsing and shopping without needing to visit physical stores.
Users appreciate the overall design and product selection of the app and website.

Cons

The app often defaults to the Czech language, with no easy option to change to other local languages such as Romanian, Hungarian, or English.
Filtering and sorting options within the app are inadequate or confusing, making product search and navigation difficult.
Prices on the app are perceived as higher compared to competitor sites like Vivre.
Order tracking and delivery communication are unreliable, leading to delayed or missing shipments without clear updates.
Payment processing issues occur, including problems saving card details and inability to complete online payments, which results in cancelled orders.
