Disgraceful service. The staff are so rude and unhelpful. One women refused to help stating she couldnt be on the phone, she couldnt find the details, she didnt know what to do, it's not her issue. It turns out she had type the passport number wrong and that's it wasnt appearing. The staff are truly useless and turns out, lazy and unhelpful. They should be embarrassed of the attitudes they display.

The fact that it only works with biometrics is unacceptable. Not everyone wants to use fingerprints with their phones and especially the older people. Until this is resolved i am switching to different app.
