What it can do:

Select any element on the page with visual highlighting;
Collection of CSS rules applied to the selected block and its children;
Taking into account inline styles (style="") inside the selected block;
View the result in a convenient extension window;
Copy CSS to clipboard or download to .css file;
Automatic interface localization: Russian/English according to the browser language.
