I have been using Liberty since September 2024 as a prepaid plan owner. This is the Shittiest phone service I have ever encountered and the customer service is the worst. Save yourself time and chose claro or something other than Liberty. Worst experience from a phone network. I can provide more information through screenshot but I am sure it will get ignored by Liberty as usual.
