Hello and good morning to you Velma, how are you doing today? Thank you for coming over and taking a look at my issue, i'm really frustrated at the moment over the fact I can't access my account. You see, recently i've attempted placing password resets to log back into my account as I've been gone for my studies for 2 and a half years now. Unfortunately though, i cannot access my account at this very point and time and i would just like the help of yours truly to give me the opportunity once again to say hello to some dear old friends of mine that i've lost contact to :/ I can't stress enough over this predicament. I'm not too certain over the problem if it's due to my email provider or it could be a bug in the system for my account being left to rot in the dust for a couple of years, but it really does hold a special meaning to me and many others as i've made a name for myself till this day playing on my account. I've spent countless hours grinding, adventuring and making friends and memories throughout the way and it would just be devastating to see my childhood go to waste :(
