2025-12-08	Ne*****	app is filled with adds after each step. l thought it was worth while so bought a lifetime cert to eliminate the adds; however this didn't work and they kept trying to sell me what I've already paid for. I emailed them through that FAQ (so they must get this a lot) sent in screen shots of proof. and they replied asking for me to write it all in an email despite them recognising I had it in the screen shots. I replied with all the info and they are yet to get back to me thus the adds continue
