en | I have not had access to any of passwords for 3 days now and I have no way to access them. TrueKey worked just fine for several years and then suddenly some bug in the extension is preventing me from logging in or event resetting my password. At this moment in time I have no way to access my passwords. I spent an hour on the phone with a tech guy the other evening and he was unable to help. The call resulted in only me getting locked out for another 24 hours which they have no way to get around. There is clearly a bug in the extension but they will not admit this and therefore my trust in this solution is completely gone. Once I get access to my passwords I will be switching to LastPass. Update 4/20: The top review for TrueKey on google play by Ialeen Hubbard-Testa describes the exact same behavior. The tech I worked with insisted that they had no knowledge of a bug but the google play review was posted on Feb 27, 2024. |
