Copy as Markdown is a powerful Chrome extension designed to simplify extracting content from your browser as Markdown. It enables you to copy selection text, links, images (with or without wrapping links), and even export tabs as markdown-formatted links or task lists compatible with GitHub-Flavored Markdown.

Additionally, you can export bookmarks as markdown by right-clicking on bookmark items or folders. The extension respects user privacy, requiring optional permissions only for tab exporting features, which can be revoked anytime. The open-source tool is licensed under MIT and available on GitHub.
