2025-01-29	Ta*****	Update: Still 1 ⭐️ Why would you add an "I agree to pay the reconnect fee" toggle button to a prepaid account? Doesn't work half the time to allow us to pay our bill and this time RIGHT before a snow storm where we are expected to get 8 inches of snow! If my electricity is turned off (prepaid) before I can get money on it, I'm getting an attorney! This is the THIRD time we have been done this way where right before ice or snow I can't get into my account to put money on it.
