I’m happy to update my review after the way my issue was handled. Initially, my scheduled call with the doctor was delayed by 24 hours, which was understandably frustrating. However, the helpline and higher management team responded very professionally and worked hard to resolve the issue. They arranged another doctor for me, who was available, thorough, and took the time to properly understand everything. The issue has now been comfortably resolved, and the new prescription makes more sense
