Container In Title Firefox

Container In Title

Modifies the Firefox window title to prepend the current tab's container, if it exists. For filtering/categorizing in time-tracking software, among other things

Features & Capabilities

We're using ManicTime + Multi-Account Containers + Simple Tab Groups to manage dozens of open tabs and track time on many jobs/clients at once. Many time-tracking solutions use the application window's title for its timeline, and we wanted the ability to auto-tag based on the tab's current container. This provides the ability to do so as the container is now prepended to the app window on tab change:

[CONTAINER] Window Title -- Firefox

Note: Changing Tab Groups does not trigger the listener for activating a new tab. However, Simple Tab Groups will prepend the group name by default. Will look at listening for this in an updated version.
