The VOUZELA app, for Android smartphones, is developed by a resident of Vouzela, in collaboration with the Municipality, and aims to promote the municipality of Vouzela.

The VOUZELA app contains:
1) History/Characterization of the municipality;
2) Climate (7 days): Detailed weather forecast for the municipality;
3) Job Offers: Consultation of professional opportunities in the region;
4) Did you know...?: Curiosities and historical facts presented in a random and intuitive way;
5) Events in the municipality with online updates;
6) Points of Interest (Heritage, Nature, etc.);
7) Where to Eat (Contacts and navigation);
8) Where to Sleep (Contacts and navigation);
9) Nightlife (Contacts and navigation);
10) Interactive Map with more than one hundred points (Services, Monuments, Leisure);

11) Hiking trails with real-time location;

12) Mountain biking trails with real-time location;

13) Tourist/Automobile circuits;

14) GeoTour (Caching) available in the Vouzela municipality;

15) Description of parishes and contact information for the local councils;

16) Advanced search for accommodations and restaurants;

17) Notification management and privacy preferences.
