Still figuring out the app...I ended up just logging into a guest account on the library's website and uploaded the docs through there. It automatically dropped the docs into Smart Alec. Hope this helps! 1. Find your library 2. Look for the FAQ tab 3. Select "How do I print docs at my library" 4. Select "Online printing service" 5. Select "Guest User" 6. Fill it out 7. Login into the online printing service 8. Select docs & click upload 9. Check Smart Alec app 10. Have a great day 🙏
