Titan D2D is a dedicated mobile application designed specifically for Titan-associated Retailers (RS) and Dealers. It streamlines the process of creating and managing service requests while providing end-to-end live tracking at any point in time.

Key features include the ability to create and forward service requests seamlessly, real-time tracking of service progress, a cash settlement module tailored for dealers, and timely notifications and alerts regarding service request movements and estimation updates. Additionally, users can accept or reject estimations directly within the app, making the service request management process efficient and transparent.
