What does Zynergia do?

Zynergia automatically generates your WhatsApp tasks based on contact type, sales history, and your partners' progress in the Fast Start program. So you always talk to the right person at the right time.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add a contact with their name and WhatsApp phone number.
2. Select the type: Product Prospect, Partner Prospect, Client, or Partner.
3. Zynergia automatically generates the message sequence with perfect timing.
4. Open WhatsApp with the message ready and choose the tone (general, friendly, or direct).

SMART AUTOMATIONS

• Product Prospect → 6-message follow-up sequence (days 0, 3, 7, 12, 18, 25)
• Partner Prospect → 6-message recruitment sequence with business copy
• New Sale → Repurchase reminders: 7 days before, 3 days before, 5 days after
• New Client or Partner → Referral task at 30 days
• Partner at Risk → Urgent alert to recover the Q-Team

FAST START PROGRAM

Zynergia tracks what Each partner in your network is in a specific phase, and Zynergia generates support tasks for each stage:

• Q-Team (Days 1–30): 4 active clients → €100 Bonus
• Fast Start N1 (Days 35–60): 2 active partners → €400 Bonus
• Fast Start N2 (Days 75–90): Partners with 4 clients → €1,200 Bonus
• X-Team (Days 110–120): 10+ clients in network → €150 Bonus

If a partner falls below the Q-Team level, Zynergia automatically generates an urgent alert so you can take action before losing the bonus.
