I am experiencing a very bad time with the app. It really does not reach the counts proper. After the latest update to the ring, I am totally unable to reset the counter. It connects and disconnects so many times. Even had trouble trying to reconnect after awhile. Only reason why I have 2 is because I really like the ring. Do really consider this app and the ring you are going to purchase. Could end up as a white elephant
