2025-01-23	Au*****	The updated app keeps telling me to update the app when it's already been updated 😅 I guess it's a bug? So I have to keep uninstalling and install again to use it. I hope there's a way to fix this.

2025-01-18	To*****	I am giving a negative and 1 star review for this app and this coffee shop's service. I paid through card, but unfortunately no rider is available, so ultimately my order got canceled. The amount the I have paid was "refunded" but it was not reflected back to my bank account but to my ZUS app account instead. This does not sit well with me since ZUS forces you to purchase from them. This was supposedly my first time transacting with this app but it was disappointing.

2025-01-18	Al*****	App keeps asking to be updated even when I just literally uninstalled and re-installed it. Please fix this ZUS. I can't use my current, active account in the "new app" you have because it does not give me the option to log in my account — only to register a new one.

Payment refunded by zus balance and also tried to contact the cx service which is very poor and they said it will take 14 days to complete the refund.How come they did not have a real time refund. Very frustrating app just do it by pickup not recommended for delivery.
