Can't even change phone number for login. Support doesn't help even after 2 months of back and forth. Can't even cancel an appointment and but notifies us that we will be charged for cancellation less than 24 hours. Already emailed in 4 days ago to tell them to cancel it and nothing is done. Specialist consult for cats is totally unavailable for booking. Subscription is not unlimited teleconsult, it feels like I got cheated out of money. Pawlyclinic is a much better experience than this app.
