User Reviews

Users praise ClassBuzz for easy-to-use templates and strong marketing potential, especially for fitness classes, and for gallery-based customization. However, persistent bugs and reliability issues—editing errors, blank templates, forced returns to menus, saving problems, media loading failures, and login/installation hurdles—undermine usability. A notable request is better alignment controls and updated stickers. Overall, the app shows high potential but needs significant stability improvements to meet frequent user expectations.

Pros

Easy to use with professional-looking templates.
Great for promoting workouts/classes (e.g., fitness) with ready-made templates.
Ability to add images and videos from your gallery to posts.
Positive, enthusiastic user sentiment and potential.

Cons

Persistent bugs and reliability issues: editing problems, reverts to the main menu, and blank templates.
Formatting and layout problems: misaligned text/images and square-only editing (no alignment guides).
Media loading problems: videos and stickers fail to load despite troubleshooting.
Login/installation issues: password errors and installation failures.
Long-standing instability: reports of not working properly for extended periods (months/years).

Guys, you need to fix this app experience. No matter what, I always have to go back in and fix some weird spacing or formatting issue that did not exist when initially editing my post. The finished product shared by the app often ends up with misaligned text and images, despite it looking fine when saving. This is making my posts look super unprofessional.
