Never heard of a job app in which you have a demo account ( !?), instead of your data, after you've rec all your personal account in the website. It doesn't work: I can't recording my working hours. I found only my files. No big deal. I watched the info video: I can't find that section. Are u for real that I have to chat (!) to ask where my info are? No wonder you have to ask your company when you forgot the password. PLEASE, do at least this: DELETE THE FAKE ACCOUNT INFO. Which is RIDICOLOUS.
