Does not work on lg. 40d 160 just shows white box all time

On my LG g3 only displays a white box. If you touch the box it turns blue with signal notification. Let it go and reverts to white box. Uninstalled/reinstalled makes no difference. Os 4.4. Used to work on previous phones! Was a great app can you fix it for LG g3?
