2025-01-14	Ja*****	Worst customer service. Only OTP bases login is supported and they don't responsible for OTP SMS trigger. I get all their reminder SMS for bill payment. They blame mobile service provider. They don't accept to unsubscribe request from their service and they keep spam you with SMS. My simple ask is I get all.ypur marketing SMS why not OTP SMs?

2024-07-01	VI*****	If possible I would have rated 0. This company has not taken action on a simple bill for a discontinued service. I have followed up with them since 5 month but always get assurance bill will be discontinued. But every month 1st still get the bills with the increased bill amount. There is no way to talk to someone over phone,only via WhatsApp or email which doesn't seem to yield result.As a tech company they simply don't have a mechanism to discontinue the bills and they depend on vendor..
