• Book on behalf of others — Only the booker needs an account. For each shipment, you provide contact details for senders and receivers so couriers can coordinate pickup and delivery

To provide the Services, Zoora collects and uses information such as your account details (name, username, phone, and email where provided), region preferences, delivery addresses and coordinates, contact details for senders and receivers on your bookings, package details you choose to provide, shipment status, cash payment and COD records, device and push notification tokens, and technical data needed to secure and improve the app.

We use this information to operate the platform—including pricing, assignment, tracking, and notifications—process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, communicate about your shipments, and resolve disputes. We may share information with service providers (such as hosting, maps, routing, and messaging partners) and with delivery partners (tenants, couriers, and admins handling your shipment) as needed to complete your delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. The Services are not directed at children under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
