Can't see anywhere on the phone app on how to track an order. All it does is allows you to book an order to send and NOT receive. The other BIG issue is, when the tracking does work, it's not accurate at all. It will show you a delivery time but drivers are accepting other jobs that push your delivery time back and back and back, so in effect no point in even being able to track!

This service saved my life. Same day delivery and not over priced... perfect.

Delivery tracking redirects to the website. Why? Tracking function shows virtually nothing compared to every other delivery service. Chat with driver doesn't display messages sent. Very poor for an extremely expensive delivery service.
