Crashes immediately. Support advised that it has issues with iPhones and many Android versions. So that's 95% of all phones and they're just okay with it. "Workaround" is to use the website, which isn't optimized for mobile.

The app just keeps crashing and doesnt work at all.

App is unreliable , old and crashes frequently. Long overdue for an update and fix. Management firms pay $$$ to use this and it's currently a complete fail.
