Consultation service so useful and easy to use. Response usually received same day with lots of helpful advice. Being able to access blood results from our lab machine an extra bonus.

I too am able to sign in the website but not the app. I thought for some reason that the password I had saved was incorrect so I went through the process(exhausting and time consuming, time in my life I shall never get back) to reset my password. Then again tried to access my account through the app only to be told, once again that either my password or my username/email address were invalid.
