This app is complete trash. I've spent hours trying to get results from the meter to sync or show up within the app. If I add activities like detailed feedings or insulin injections it says that they've successfully been added but if I check a few hours/days later those records are gone. Just shameful that people need to use this app and company to monitor their loved ones health and AlphaTrek doesn't even do the bare minimum. You're better off writing down the results on paper from the meter.

This app has a high rate of deleting the data you input in. You can come back an hour later to input new data and everything is blank. Very frustrating since I'm trying to track the dosing and health of my fur baby. Then a day or so later sometimes it will add everything back in from the day it deleted so you have triplicate information. I've even disconnected the Bluetooth connection to see if that helps and it doesn't.
