2026-07-26	Ju*****	absolute trash service. appointments constantly canceled for no apparent reason. insurance doesn't get applied to your appointment even though ZocDoc has all your insurance information. low quality practitioners in general. you might as well just use Amazon medical. you'll get better results there

The individual insurance coverage is often inaccurate, the appointment availability is often inaccurate, and some practitioners are listed as specialists when they are not. These factors combined make it significantly harder to actually use the app to find a quality, covered, and capable practitioner to suit your needs. pls refine verification checks for coverage at the very least.
