I am extremely disappointed with the way my account and refund-related issues have been handled by zivame. Initially, I created/logged into my zivame account using my mobile number and later connected my email ID to the account. Unfortunately, that email ID was subsequently deactivated, and approximately ₹600 of my money got stuck in the account. worsen service. I created an exchange request for a product. First they notify me I have to give a different address for exchange pickup.I gave them my office address. after that the delivery partner called me one day in the evening and told me they have so much pressure off several deliveries, so they will deliver it the next day to me. But after that they neither call me nor deliver my product. After that I called their customer service 4 times,they didn't give any response.They are Deceiving.
