User Reviews

Reviews are mostly positive about helpful agents, successful home searches, and no renter-paid brokerage fee. Some users also praise the listings as more reliable than those on other apps. However, recurring complaints mention unavailable or misleading listings and difficulty using the Korean-language app or communicating in English.

Pros

Agents are frequently described as kind, professional, and attentive to renters’ needs.
Many reviewers say they successfully found a suitable home quickly and with helpful guidance.
Several reviewers appreciate that renters do not pay a brokerage fee.
Some reviewers value the app’s listing status updates and say it has fewer misleading listings than competing services.

Cons

Multiple reviewers report outdated or misleading listings: advertised rooms may already be unavailable, with agents offering different properties instead.
Some users struggle with the Korean-only interface or communicating with agents in English.

낚시성 허위 매물이 엄청 많습니다. 문의하는 방마다 다 나갔다고 하고 일주일 뒤에 봐도 여전히 보이더라구요.. 초심 잃었네요.

This app is becoming like an add platform. The room lists are not updated; when you contact them, they will lead you to another place. I think this app is overated. Even, they said that they had difficulty finding a room that satisfies your own criteria.
