Foodsmart is committing fraud against governments. Tried redeeming 'food bucks' through instacart app it partners with. No matter the total, it wouldn't recognize food bucks, demanding I enter an alternate payment type. Did that, it used the alternative payment type, even though the entire amount was under the amount of food bucks I had & all fresh food qualified to be covered under the food bucks. Then when I tried to call, NO ONE ANSWERED for 30 minutes !

I would rate this better but it won't let me log into the app. keeps telling me it can't process, to try again. I have no issues logging into the website.
