2025-01-31	Ch*****	The workspace forms don't fit in my phone's viewable space. The words overlap and hide entire lines of text even when zoomed in or out. I have to download a PDF version to see the full text. Some of the check boxes are deactivated, so I can't check them. This app is glitchy.

2024-09-17	Tr*****	It's hit and miss for when it works. Generally, when I open it, it doesn't load. Filling out forms is a joke, at least until our MLS gets the new forms autofilled. Works great for viewing documents on the go.

2024-06-28	Ju*****	Abomination, absolute garbage. UPDATE: Wow! It only took a few years and a bunch of back and forth with developer but have to give credit when credit's due. As of now June 28th 2024 it's FINALLY working properly on Android

2024-06-21	Tr*****	I agree with all the bad reviews. It's basically worthless. It would be great to have an easy to use and productive app like Dotloop has. The "app" is no different than using it online woth a supposed mobile view. Still can't do what I need to do.

2024-04-19	Li*****	Apparently all my previous usable files I don't have permission to access now 🙄 This app crashes all the time, runs slow, and now I can't even open my documents.

2024-04-16	Lu*****	2021 review: As others have mentioned, it's now a non functioning broken app. It would be nice if CAR looked out for the best interest of it's members and did not sign exclusive monopoly deals with companies that have no vested interest in being competitive, and instead let all technology companies compete for being the most useful tool. Update: Three years later it's still a non functional app. It doesn't even load. Unbelievable. I'll cancel as soon as C.A.R. allows us to use another service.

2024-03-02	Fr*****	The app is not conducive to working remotely. You have to pay for additional services to even operate on the app. If you've got other choices, I would use them over zipforms.

2023-12-14	Ta*****	The app worked on my old phone but apparently is not compatible with a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. Apparently there is no plans to make it compatible. It also doesn't work with the Chrome browser on my phone. That being said it does work with the Samsung browser so I guess I will be using that rather than the app.

2021-08-21	zp*****	Devs really need to focus on actually getting this app to work. Sometimes it does not even start up. If you managed to get logged in, good luck getting any work done !
