2023-11-16	To*****	Been doing these excercise for 45 days now and I must say this program is amazing. My overall symptoms have improved from ADHD and now I am actually able to atlest attend to some of important stuff in my life. Usually I burn out after 3 weeks of doing anything consistently but somehow I have been able to hold out and see the benefits.
